• $250/week each  min 6-12 months

• $280/week each  3-5 months

​

Studios / Ensuite

• $420/week - 1 person  min 6-12 months

• $225/week ea  ($450/week couple)

Short Term Stays

• rates calculated on length of stay and availability.  Rates as above do not apply.

Bond

• 4 weeks rent

• Application can be made for minimum bond move in rate with payment plan.  Admin fees apply.
